If you would like to cancel or return any items, this must be agreed with us in advance.

Returns of unwanted items must be arranged within 30 days of receiving your order. Only items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original unmarked packaging will be accepted. All return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Any damaged or faulty products, we will reimbuse the postage costs (or send a prepaid label).

If there are any issues with your order or a fault with the item(s), please contact us before returning the item. 

Please allow 1–5 working days for your return to be processed/refunded once we have received your item(s).
